Terms and Conditions
1. Services Offered
We provide massage therapy and red light therapy services. These services are intended for relaxation and wellness and are not a substitute for medical treatment or advice. We reserve the right to refuse services at our discretion if we believe the service may not be suitable for your health or well-being.
2. Booking and Appointments
- Appointments are booked through Vagaro, an online booking platform accessible via our website. Vagaro collects your personal and contact information as part of the booking process.
- Bookings are only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or message from Vagaro.
- You are responsible for ensuring all details entered into Vagaro are accurate and up to date.
- Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a reduced service time, and full payment will still apply.
- Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will be treated as a no-show and will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
To ensure the smooth operation of our wellness centre and to respect the time of our therapists and other clients, we kindly ask all customers to adhere to the following cancellation and rescheduling policy.
Deposits
A non-refundable deposit of £20 is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit is payable through our online booking system (Vagaro) and will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment.
Payment of Balance
The remaining balance is to be paid in cash at the centre, either before or after your treatment. We do not currently accept card payments in-store.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
- If you cancel or reschedule with more than 24 hours’ notice, your deposit will be retained and applied to your rescheduled appointment.
- If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, your deposit will be forfeited.
- Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice (‘no-show’) will also result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment. We allow a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive later than this, we may not be able to provide the full treatment, and your session may be shortened or considered a missed appointment, at our discretion.
Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that emergencies and unexpected events may occur. In genuine cases of emergency, we may choose to waive the forfeiture of the deposit. This is assessed on a case-by-case basis and is entirely at our discretion. Waiving the policy on one occasion does not create a precedent for future bookings.
By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy.
4. Payment
- A £20 deposit is required at the time of booking and is payable online via our booking system. The remaining balance is payable in cash only at the centre, either before or after your treatment.
- Please ensure you bring the correct amount, as change may not be available on-site.
5. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure the safety and efficacy of our services, you are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and up-to-date medical history and personal information.
- Informing your therapist of any discomfort or issues during the session.
- Complying with instructions provided by our team members to ensure safe use of the services.
6. Age Restrictions
Our services are only available to individuals aged 18 and over.
7. Pregnant Individuals
Our services are not specifically designed for pregnant individuals. If you are pregnant, you are encouraged to consult with your healthcare provider before booking a session.
8. Health and Safety
- We take all reasonable steps to ensure the safety and hygiene of our facilities and equipment.
- You must disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or injuries before receiving services.
9. Refunds
Deposits paid at the time of booking are non-refundable, including in cases of cancellation or no-show, unless we choose to waive this at our discretion.
As the remaining balance is paid in cash at the time of treatment, refunds are not typically applicable. However, we reserve the right to offer a refund or credit in exceptional circumstances, at our sole discretion and on a case-by-case basis.
10. Promotional Offers and Marketing
- By booking through Vagaro, you may opt to receive promotional offers or updates via text message or email.
- Consent for promotional communications will be requested during the Vagaro booking process. You may opt out at any time by contacting us at hello@rejoovd.com or using the “unsubscribe” option in the message.
11. Complaints Procedure

- We aim to acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours of receiving it.
- We strive to provide a resolution within 14 days. If additional time is required for investigation, we will notify you of the delay and provide an updated timeline.
- If your complaint remains unresolved, you may escalate it by seeking advice from Citizens Advice or pursuing formal resolution through small claims court procedures.
12. Liability
- All services are provided under the trading name Rejoovd®, a registered trademark.
- We are not liable for:
- Loss, damage, or theft of personal property while on our premises.
- Adverse reactions or injuries arising from undisclosed medical conditions or improper use of our services.
- Loss or inconvenience arising from technical issues, errors, or unavailability of the Vagaro booking platform.
- Results from services, as outcomes may vary between individuals, and we do not guarantee specific results.
This does not affect your statutory rights or our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
13. CCTV Policy
CCTV is in operation in public areas of our premises, such as the reception and waiting room, for security and safety purposes. No CCTV is installed in therapy rooms or private areas to ensure your privacy. For more details, please see our Privacy Policy.
14. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay in providing services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, public health emergencies, or power outages.
15. Exclusions for Misconduct
We reserve the right to refuse services to individuals who engage in abusive, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate behaviour towards our team members or other customers.
16. Changes to Terms
These Terms and Conditions are subject to change. Customers will be notified of significant updates via email or website announcement.
17. Legal Entity Information
This business operates under the trading name Rejoovd®, a registered trademark.
All services and operations are legally provided by Politan Ltd, registered in England and Wales (Company Registration Number: 15333341).

18. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. We are open to resolving disputes through mediation or alternative dispute resolution before pursuing legal action.
19. Acceptance of Terms
By booking or receiving services from Rejoovd®, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
